Thank you so much for checking out my blog. The creation of this pattern came while watching my kids eat gummy worms and thinking of how cute the would be with cute little eyes. So I decided to create a cute and fun candy worm that anyone can enjoy.
I immediately found the curlers that I had bought from dollar tree, thinking of a design I had for Christmas last year and never got around to making them hahaha. Grabbed my 5mm highland cow hook and premier yarns parfait chunky and got to work creating the candy worm. I tried them with safety eyes and I didn't like the way the eyes bulged even after melting the backs. That's when I decided to use the felt eyes and mouths and fell in love with their cute little faces.
I hope you will like the pattern as much as I do. They do really well at markets especially when you tell them that they can bend them all they want haha.
